Gluten-Free Pancakes



  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup "What Iif" flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

"What Iif Flour" is a gluten-free flour created by the authors of "Ideas in Food".  Here's a link to the recipe on their blog.  They are geniuses.
